Booking Information
We recommend booking at least one day in advance to ensure everything is well-organized. You can select the number of people, the date, and the time that suits you.
Please include your hotel name during checkout.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange the pick-up time based on your location.
If you’re staying at a hotel in Bintan not listed above, an additional fee of IDR 200,000 per car will apply. You can pay this fee in cash at the spa.
If you plan to use your own transportation or a private driver, simply let us know on the checkout page.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your booking up to 1 day before your scheduled appointment without any charge.
- However, if you cancel on the day of your booking, a 100% fee will apply (Non-Refundable).
